95% of the buildings produced by the GreenCube house factory are custom solutions for which the client selects the colours, materials and level of completion. The detailed floor plan of every building is created in cooperation with the client.
We have listed prices for the “black box” stage.
A “black box” building is 100% complete on the outside and includes doors and windows, insulation and a roof. Installation is included in the price.
The cost of plumbing, electrical work and interior finishing is added to the price and depends on the materials selected by the client.
Transport is added to the price based on an open cost calculation.
