Construction quality
SPECIAL PRICE: €22,899. The auxiliary building has many possible uses. It can serve as a boathouse or storage building, but also works well as an outdoor kitchen or hobby room. We are confident it will find a useful role in any household.
The building is delivered in one piece and installation takes only 1–2 hours. It is ready for immediate use. For storage, the walls include 45 shelves and there are two larger storage areas on the upper level. A workbench is also included.
The façade has dusk-activated exterior lights and the interior is illuminated with LED tube lights.

At the client’s request, the building can be equipped with everything needed for immediate use.
All GreenCube buildings also include a heating cable that helps prevent pipes from freezing even during severe frost.

Transport and installation
The building is transported to the site in three sections. The module is insured and weatherproof packed. Assembly takes up to two days.
The building is connected to utilities (electricity, water and sewerage) before final handover.
The construction process can be followed by visiting the site on working days by prior arrangement.
The buildings are completed at our production facility in Lihula. Our aim is to ensure the best quality and a reasonable construction time.
We have planned 10 weeks for the production of one building.
After completion, the buildings are weatherproof packed and stored on the secured factory site while awaiting transport.
