Our standard
Premium+ wall, roof and floor solution
The Premium+ wall solution is suitable for residential buildings and other buildings intended for year-round use. Gypsum board with taped joints is used as the wind barrier, and 150 mm + 50 mm of Knauf glass wool is used for insulation. The wall solution is airtight, preventing moisture from entering the structure. Rigidity is provided by OSB board.

In production, we use as many locally sourced materials as possible to keep our products as Estonian as possible and support local businesses. In addition to our standard range, we also offer custom solutions tailored to the client’s wishes.
- Practical layouts – no unnecessary rooms that would increase costs.
- A small house leaves a smaller environmental footprint because it requires fewer materials to build and less energy to heat.
- We use as much renewable energy as possible in the factory.
- We paint by hand and according to need, preventing leftover painted material.
- In winter, we use wood production offcuts to heat the paint room.
